At an altitude of 580m,

 

 

Facing the sky and the Canigou (sacred mountain of Catalunya), a 12th - century Romanesque priory, listed as a Historical Monument, magnificently restored, dominates a majestic panorama.

The priory of Marcevol is a major cultural and mythical place in a preserved environment which will welcome us during these times of dance, meetings and sharing.

Accommodation is provided in the Priory's guesthouse.

Included are: fitted sheet, pillow, pillowcase and blanket.

 

In turn, everyone will participate in maintaining a clean and pleasant place.

 

 

For self-catering meals, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen...

We will create an online group in December to organize ourselves.

A "Landscaped Trail" goes around the priory offering views of the Canigou, the Têt valley, Arboussols...

There are many walks on the paths below or in the heights with panoramic views of Mount Canigou and the sea in the distance.

Lake Vinça, along the river, the Roc del Moro, chapels...
